  These people do NOT help. Twice I have had to order a new card and the first time I waited almost a month calling everyday being reassured it was absolutely on the way just to be told a month later it was sent back to the bank since day 4! Nobody called to notify me and I was late on several bills. 2nd time I got my tax return stolen by fraud and had to cut off my card and get a new one. I called the day it happened and was again told they were immediately sending out a new card and it would be 7-10 business days. So I waited. I called on day 10 because there was still no card. I was again told to wait another day (until Saturday when they are only open until 1pm) and see if it showed. Nothing. I am out of money and haven't paid a bill in 3 weeks. I called again and.spoke to the 100th person that week which I was required to give my name, birthdate, social, and address to and again this new person had no idea who I was and I guess they don't keep records at all because I felt like I hadn't called the other 99 times that week. They had no record of who I spoke with or anything. I was told there was a way to overnight cards the day before I made this call, and again I get blindsided when this new person tells me it's again 40$ dollar fee to do this. A fee I was told NOTHING about. I was made to think it was easy and quick and for our convenience, no payment required. So, here I am, no card, no money, late bills, no food (against least my animals are fed). She said it wouldn't be until Monday that I would get a call about my concern and even then it will likely be another 7-10 bullshit, I mean, business days until I MIGHT get my card. They are also ridiculously condescending when on the phone with them. Like your issue is trivial and you are wasting their time. Happy banking guys. But I'm leaving them because I've had nothing but problems every time I've had to deal with them since I was 17. It was my first account and I guess I didn't know better.

  I can't believe we have put up with their sheer lack of customer service and incompetence for 3 years. We were misinformed about our accounts on day 1! Within a couple of months we deposited a check and were told that we wouldn't have access to those funds for 10 days even though the check was certified funds. We were charged overdraft fees after a teller mistakenly made a deposit to our savings instead of checking. Now I got a new atm card and my pin didn't work...I was traveling out of town on Monday and got the card in the mail on Saturday, so I called to activate it and was told by the automated system that it was active. I tried to use it at the gas station and it wasn't. I called the bank at 11:30 on Saturday morning and they told me I'd have to come in to get it fixed. Unfortunately I was over an hour away and traveling out of state on Monday morning. Now they issued me a new card for no reason. I took it to the branch to turn it in. They emailed me telling me I shouldn't have done that because THEY had a security breech and I was at risk. They didn't ell me that when I turned the card in!! HORRIBLE!!
