- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I couldn't believe how efficient this DMV's operation was. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. I needed to transfer my out-of-state license to a GA license. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I was in and out in 15 minutes. I was helped by Belinda who was friendly, efficient, and professional. I came to get a GA driver's license having moved from another state. I completed all the paperwork online and had all the necessary documents, which I recommend to others to do beforehand, too. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★long line. just a tip fill out the paper form, then get a wait number. make sure you have proof who you are. bring change of mailing address.
